What areas do you cover?
We are based in London and cover the whole of the South East. Send your postcode and we will confirm straight away.
What is included in the visit?
A proper check of your roof, gutters, flashing and chimney, plus any repairs up to your plan limit. No call-out fee and no excess.
What if my roof already leaks?
Tell Matt when he calls and he will come and look at it. Repairs up to your plan limit are covered, and anything bigger gets quoted separately before any work starts.
How fast do you come out?
Matt usually calls the same day you sign up to get your first visit booked in. Emergency call outs and priority service are included on the top two plans.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no contract, so you can cancel any time. On yearly plans you can switch or cancel before renewal.
Do I pay now?
Yes, payment happens here when you pick your plan. Matt's call afterwards is about your roof and your appointment, not payment.
Do you deal with normal roofing enquiries too?
Yes, we do. As well as our cover plans, we're happy to help with general roofing repairs and enquiries.
Do you only work with homeowners?
No. We also cover commercial and industrial properties, not just homeowners.
